You are automatically enrolled in our AutoPay Billing Plan when you select the Monthly Payment Plan for any of our Group Trips. You can relax and be at ease knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, our system will calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you with payment due dates. Our system will send you reminders starting seven (7) days before the due date to the email address you registered with. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Our AutoPay Billing service is available for all our Group Trip customers at no charge and no interest added.

All payments to JTravelUp are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because JTravelUp has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Reservations must be made in your FULL LEGAL NAME as it appears on your Government Issued ID/Passport.

Name changes are allowed with a $150 name change fee up until the final payment date and $200 plus any vendor fees after the final payment date on your payment plan.
Monthly late payment(s) are charged a $25 late fee and are automatically added to your reservations the day after the monthly due date. Late final payment fee of $200 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the due date/final payment deadline on your account and the request must be sent to us via email to info@JTravelUp.com and please be sure to add @JTravelUp.com to your email safe list.
