Day 1

Arrival Cape Town

Arrival in Cape Town International Airport, undeniably one of the most beautiful cities in the world. You will be met at arrivals and be transferred to the hotel, you will see the city's iconic symbol, Table Mountain greeting you in the distance. Tonight, discover some of Cape Town's world class restaurants on your own. 

Rest of the day and evening at your own leisure.

Later that evening you will be collected to enjoy a local dinner at Cape Town restaurant.

Day 2

Cape Town /. City Tour

Today enjoy your breakfast at the hotel, before meeting your guide at the hotel foyer for a full day Cape Town City Tour (08:30-17:00). 

Enjoy your drive through to the city center, pass famous landmarks such as the Castle of Good Hope built in 1666 by the Dutch East India Company and City Hall, a splendid baroque building, and of course the Grand Parade. See St. George's Cathedral, the Anglican Diocese of Nobel Peace Laureate Archbishop Desmond Tutu. 

Pass the Company Gardens and the Malay Quarter. Perhaps ascend to the summit by cable car (ticket not included) and marvel at a bird's eye view of the city and its beaches. 

Later, you will have the opportunity to learn the three-billion-year-old story of diamonds while touring prominent Shimansky Jewelers. The 45-minute tour reveals the origins of diamond mining and includes explanations of color, cut and clarity. Following the tour stroll through the V & A Waterfront with its endless shopping and dining opportunities before returning to your hotel for an afternoon at leisure. 

This evening, treat yourself to a seafood dinner at one of the trendy outdoor seaside restaurants, while watching the magnificent sunset over the Atlantic Ocean 

Rest of the day and evening at your own leisure. Later that evening you will be collected to enjoy a local dinner at Cape Town restaurant.

Table Mountain & City Tour

Day 3

Breakfast served at the hotel, you will be met at the hotel foyer for a full day Cape Point Tour

(08:30-17:00). 

Enjoy your journey through The Cape of Good Hope within Table Mountain National Park is surrounded by a rich biodiversity and is home to at least 250 species of birds as well as antelope, ostrich, and baboons. Walk the rugged cliffs, or, take the famous Flying Dutchman funicular (return), a beacon for early explorers that climbs uphill to the old lighthouse. 

Afterward, visit Boulders Beach to see the unique spectacle of penguins waddling freely, and walk-through spectacular Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Later back to hotel.

Robben Island

Day 4

Cape Town /Optional Tour - Robben Island

Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure or you can do optional tour to Robben Island with additional cost (US$ 250 per person) 

Robben Island: Runs as follows; 09h00, 11h00, 13h00 and 15h00. The ferries depart from the Nelson Mandela Gateway at the V & A Waterfront. The tour takes 3.5 hours including the ferry trip to and from the Island (Depending on the boat used as they have different travel times). 

You will disembark at Murray’s Bay Harbour situated on the east coast of the Island and take a short walk to buses that will transport you to all the historical sites around the Island. On the way to the buses, you will pass buildings and a high wall built by prisoners during the 1960s. The buildings were used for family and lawyer visits to prisoners. 

You will meet your Tour Guide when you have boarded the busses. The prison tour will be conducted by a Robben Island Tour Guide. This is part of our integrated tour model. They are fully conversant and knowledgeable about the Island’s multi-layered 500-year-old history. The tour route includes the graveyard of people who died from leprosy, the Lime Quarry, Robert Sobukwe’s house, the Bluestone quarry, the army and navy bunkers and the Maximum-Security Prison where thousands of South Africa’s freedom fighters were incarcerated for years. The tour culminates with a viewing of Nelson Mandela’s cell.

  • Final Payment Due Date will be noted on your invoice upon booking

  • If not paying in full you must up keep monthly payment due dates

  • Please note, when purchasing your flights, the hotel check-in time is 3pm.

  • All Persons will need to Check-in at the Hotel with their Passport and place a credit card on file.

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond the travel dates.

Travel Insurance:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. Your premium is related to your trip cost, so you don’t have to worry about being over-insured. Trip Protection Plan premiums are non-refundable. You are automatically enrolled in our AutoPay Billing Plan when you select the Monthly Payment Plan (MPP) for any of our Group Trips. You can relax and be at ease knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, our system will calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you with payment due dates. Our system will send you reminders before the due date via the email address you registered with. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Our AutoPay Billing service is available for all our Group Trip customers at no charge and no interest added.

TERMS & POLICIES

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

  • All payments to JTravelUp are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because JTravelUp has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your Passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

  • Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss/Delay, Medical Expenses and more.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

  • You can log-in to our client portal to view your account and reservations 24 hours a day.

  • Name changes are allowed with a $150 name change fee up until the final payment date and $200 plus any vendor fees after the final payment date on your payment plan.

  • Monthly late payment(s) are access a $25 late fee and are automatically added to your reservations the day after the monthly due date. Late final payment fee of $200 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final due date.

  • All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account and the request must be sent to us via email to Info@JTravelUp.com.
